The company offers the following compensation plan:
FastStart (FS) Commissions
Commissions designed to reward the Distributor who creates his/her team. Zoé Lifestyle, LLC gives you the opportunity to earn FS Commissions on product sales every time your personally enrolled Distributor’s, and those they enroll, in turn make a Retail Sale.
Under a Special Program, each new customer is offered a one-time opportunity to purchase a FastStart Pack to aid in building their business. All Distributors who are ‘FastStart Qualified’ earn $125, $20, $20, $20, $20, $20 or $50 on the sale of FastStart Packs in the first seven levels (for a total of $275.00 in FastStart Commissions for each unit sold).
There are two ways to become FastStart Qualified:

  • When a Distributor achieves the rank of Area Marketing Director and they have sold the FastStart Pack to two new Distributors, they become FastStart Qualified in the following period.
  • Optionally, for those who do not want to wait, the Distributor can become FastStart Qualified by purchasing the FastStart Pack for their own use.

Team Bonus
Zoé Lifestyle, LLC guarantees to pay out fifty-five percent (55%) of the company’s entire Commissionable Volume (CV) in the form of commissions and bonuses to Zoé Lifestyle, LLC Distributors. Zoé Lifestyle, LLC’ patented and unique products that are needed by every family, along with Zoé LifeStyle™ PayPlan, provide a powerful business opportunity.

Special Bonus Pools have been created for the Marketing Director who is growing his/her Zoé Lifestyle, LLC Business by building out his/her team. This special bonus is given for those who attain the rank of Senior Marketing Director or above, during their ascent in rank to Executive Marketing Director (EMD). Funded by 2% of Total Company Commissionable Volume, these pools are shared by all Paid-As Senior Marketing Directors and above.

Executive Marketing Director Matching Bonuses
When a Distributor advances his/her rank to Executive Marketing Director (EMD) and maintains ten (10) personally enrolled Active Paid-As Directors or higher (with a minimum of three (3) on one side of his/her team) the EMD qualifies for the Executive Marketing Director Matching Bonus. Zoé Lifestyle, LLC pays a ‘matching bonus’ equal to 10% of the Team Bonus generated by personally enrolled Directors and above in your organization.
