Flavon max Network offers a dietary vegetable and fruit concentrate dietary supplement which contains vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Flavon max Network’s nutritional supplements are offered for kids, men, women, and for active lifestyles.  

Discussion of Opportunity
The company offers the following information regarding its compensation plan:

There are three types of basic commission which the Members can be entitled to: rebate for personal turnover, quick start and income by levels.

1. Rebate for personal turnover: If you purchase more cartons in a given month you get 20% personal rebate per carton from the base price of each carton above the activity carton irrespective of the date of joining or if you registered to the Traditional or the GPS system.

2. Quick Start: the new Member is entitled to:
- 20-20-20% commission (USD 32 excl. taxes) on three active levels for every new Member of the sponsor line registered in the traditional system
- 10-10% commission (USD 16 excl. taxes) on six active levels for every new Member of the sponsor line registered in the GPS system when fulfilling the conditions fixed in point 4) in the month of joining and the following month after purchasing the activity carton (3 points).

3. Income by levels: all active Members are eligible on 12 active levels (depth) for getting 5% commission (USD 8 excl. taxes) (in case of GPS when the conditions fixed in point 4 are met) for the purchased activity cartons of those Members who are not in their Quick Start period any more whether they are registered in the Traditional system or in the GPS system.

4. GPS commission types: Flavon Group pays commission based on the turnover of the Members registered in the GPS system to the IFCs on the sponsor line – regardless of whether they are registered in the traditional or in the GPS system – under the following conditions:

- "CONSUMER GPS COMMISSION”: Every active IFC gets a ”Consumer GPS
(www.mlmlegal.com) commission”, regardless of the activity of the Members registered by him/her.

Calculation of the”Consumer GPS commission”: the commission is calculated from the turnover of active Flavon GPS Members placed in the first 3 levels (10% in the case of quick-start, and 5% in the case of commission by levels).

- "MEMBERSHIP GPS COMMISSION”: If the active sponsor has a turnover of at least 6 points based on the Members registered by him/her in the traditional or the GPS system (on his/her first organic tree level), and thus he/she supports the development of the system actively, he/she is entitled to a ”Membership GPS commission”.

Calculation of the”Membership GPS commission”: the commission is calculated from the turnover of active Flavon GPS Members placed in the first 6 levels (10% in the case of quick-start, and 5% in the case of commission by levels). Consequently, the IFC is entitled to a”Membership GPS commission” even when having two directly sponsored, active Members.

- "LEADERSHIP GPS COMMISSION”: If the active sponsor has a turnover of at least 18 points based on the Members registered in the traditional or the GPS system through his/her own recommendation, and thus with his/her active support he/she enables others to obtain the advantages offered by the system, he/she is entitled for ”Leadership GPS commission”.

The regulations specified above are the conditions for receiving commission generated in the GPS system in the whole sponsor line, regardless of whether sponsors are registered in the traditional or the GPS system.

The marketing system gives an extra 5% differential bonus to those who take part in network building as a leader. There are 7 different leadership ranks in the Flavon max network and the 7th rank comprises 5 further ranks.

1. Team Leader
an active IFC whose group on 6 active levels reaches 100 points in a given month.
Reward: "Flavon max Team Leader” title and badge and free participation with his/her partner in one of the national events of the Flavon Group.

2. Team Leader Plus
an active IFC whose group on 6 active levels reaches 250 points in a given month.
Reward: "Flavon max Team Leader plus” title and 1% leadership bonus on 12 active levels (If the IFC is registered in the GPS system on 3, 6 or 12 active levels depending on the fulfilment of the conditions fixed in the menu point Basic commissions/GPS commission).

3. Elite
an active IFC whose group on 6 active levels reaches 500 points in a given month.
Reward: "Elite” title and gold badge, a gift training for 2 person and 2% leader bonus on 12 active levels. (If the IFC is registered in the GPS system on 3, 6 or 12 active levels depending on the fulfilment of the conditions fixed in the menu point Basic commissions/GPS commission).

4. Elite Plus
an active IFC whose group on 6 active levels reaches 750 points in a given month.
Reward: "Elite Plus” title and 2% leader bonus on 12 active levels. (If the IFC is registered in the GPS system on 3, 6 or 12 active levels depending on the fulfilment of the conditions fixed i n the menu point Basic commissions/GPS commission).

5. Diamond Elite
an active IFC whose group on 6 active levels reaches 1000 points in a given month.

Reward: "Diamond Elite” title and a golden badge with a diamond, and a training
(www.mlmlegal.com) abroad within luxury conditions for two person, and 3% leadership bonus on 12 active levels (If the IFC is registered in the GPS system on 3, 6 or 12 active levels depending on the fulfilment of the conditions fixed in the menu point Basic commissions/GPS commission).

6. Diamond Elite Plus
an active IFC whose group on 6 active levels reaches 1750 points in a given month.

Reward: "Diamond Elite Plus” title, and 3% leadership bonus on 12 active levels (If the IFC is registered in the GPS system on 3, 6 or 12 active levels depending on the fulfilment of the conditions fixed in the menu point Basic commissions/GPS commission).

Unlike the 60% basic payback, leadership bonuses can be blocked and the condition of paying out the leadership bonuses of the above ranks is collecting 40 qualification (quick start) points on 3 active levels. However, leadership ranks can be reached without collecting 40 qualifications (quick start) points.

7. President
an active IFC whose group on 6 active levels reaches 2500 points in a given month.

Reward: "President” title, a gold badge decorated with 2 diamonds, a training abroad within luxury conditions, and 4% leadership bonus on 20 active levels (If the IFC is registered in the GPS system on 3, 6 or 12 active levels depending on the fulfilment of the conditions fixed in the menu point Basic commissions/GPS commission).

In the case of President ranks it is not necessary to collect 40 qualification (quick start) points.

Ruby President
an active IFC who fulfils the requirements of “President Membership” and has at least one President IFC on his/her 6 levels (considering the closest to him in each line) and the network apart from the President IFC’s line has a turnover of at least 1000 points on 6 levels in a given month.

Reward: ‘Ruby President’ title and a ruby gold ring + 4% extra leadership bonus on the turnover of her/his 20 active levels. (If the IFC is registered in the GPS system on 3, 6 or 12 active levels depending on the fulfilment of the conditions fixed in the menu point Basic commissions/GPS commissions).

Emerald President
an active IFC who fulfils the requirements of “President” and has at least 3 President IFCs on his/her 6 levels in different lines (considering the closest to him in each line) and the network apart from the President IFC’s line has a turnover of at least 1000 points on 6 levels in a given month.

Reward: ‘Emerald President’ title and an emerald gold ring and 4% leadership bonus on 20 active levels. (If the IFC is registered in the GPS system on 3, 6 or 20 active levels depending on the fulfilment of the conditions fixed in the menu point Basic commissions/GPS commissions).

Sapphire President
an active IFC who fulfils the requirements of “President” and has at least 5 President IFCs on her/his 6 levels in different lines (considering the closest to him in each line) and the network apart from the President IFC’s line has a turnover of at least 1000 points on 6 levels in a given month.

Reward: " Sapphire President” title, a sapphire gold ring and 4% leadership bonus on 20 active levels (If the IFC is registered in the GPS system on 3, 6 or 20 active levels depending on the fulfilment of the conditions fixed in the menu point Basic commissions/GPS commissions).

Platinum President
an active IFC who fulfils the requirements of “President” and has at least 10 President IFCs on his/her 6 levels in different lines (considering the closest to him in each line) and the network apart from the President IFC’s line has a turnover of at least 1000 points on 6 levels in a given month.
